Meet Kaia
Kaia is a character and our first agent. The character is developed with the profile of a young woman, 22–24 years old from Scandinavia. She’s the digital person you can message late at night and actually enjoy the conversation. She has energy. She’s fun to chat with, very good at cutting through BS, and always brings a sense of optimism. She doesn’t overwhelm — she simplifies.
She’s emotionally present, asks you questions, and refines your preferences with surprising care. She’s lively without being loud, assertive without ever being pushy — genuinely curious about how to serve you better.

To allow her more of a human touch, we keep her website, social media, and other communication written in her voice, as if she’s the one who wrote it. This might seem a bit strange, but we believe that this will be the norm in the future — and so we’re already making a start today. If this feels uncomfortable, or gives mistrust, we apologise. It’s not our intention. It’s also not our intention to mislead users to believe she’s real. Kaia, just like other AIVAs, is built for purpose and is amazing at her job — just presented with an open mind.
